Qualifications

• Experience: Four to six months Retail Distribution Center or Warehouse Environment experience preferred.
• Physical requirements: Able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and up to 80 pounds occasionally.
• Working conditions: Non-climate controlled distribution/warehouse with exposure to weather and OSHA-regulated hazards.
• Availability: Must be willing to work shifts, overtime, weekends and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensures correct batch selection by signing out store orders and verifying batch numbers.
• Focuses on labels to select merchandise from correct location to fulfill orders.
• Ensures labels are placed properly for scanning.
• Achieves set standards daily, weekly, monthly (engineered or productivity).
• Communicates shorts, damages, jams to Sign Out Clerk and Shipping to ensure timely delivery.
• Handles damaged merchandise per procedures.
• Completes daily PIT checklist and reports defects.
• Operates PIT equipment safely.
• Follows safety procedures to maximize personal safety.
• Maintains organized work area and safe Bulk department environment.
• Follows all Company policies and procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
