Family Dollar in Duncan, OK seeks an Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee shift IC operations and supervise up to 10 associates. You will direct inventory flow, drive accuracy, and coordinate with management to align with Distribution Center goals.

The role requires basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel) and working knowledge of WMS, with availability for overtime and weekends as needed.

Formación

Education: High School or GED preferred.
Experience: 1-3 years supervisory experience in a distribution, transportation or warehouse environment.
Basic computer skills: MS Office, Windows; able to create and manipulate Excel reports.
Working knowledge of WMS preferred.

Responsabilidades

Ensure compliance with Distribution Center policies and procedures.
Analyze reports measuring the effectiveness of the Distribution Center.
Coordinate communication with Corporate Office, Stores and DC Management to provide timely solutions.
Periodically audit department processes to include Receiving, Storage, Forklift, Shipping, Bulk and Repack.
Instruct Team Members in inventory and system processes and organize Inventory Control functions.
Process all merchandise returns to vendor.
Direct scheduling and ensure performance of inventory cycle counts and physical inventories.
Utilize Catalyst-driven data and statistical reports to maximize productivity.
Partner with Damaged/Returns area to ensure timely credits.
Provide leadership to ensure DC compliance to quality requirements.
Follow all Company policies and procedures.
