Job summary

A&B Distributors is looking for a Warehouse Picker in Tulsa, OK to accurately pick, stage, and prepare products for customer orders in a fast-paced distribution center. You will follow order sheets or RF scanning, build pallets, and ensure accuracy and safety in every step.

This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, working in varying temperatures, and obtaining PIT certification. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous warehouse, distribution or order-picking experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Ability to obtain PIT certification to safely operate warehouse equipment.
• Basic math and reading skills for order verification.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products according to customer order sheets or RF scanning system.
• Maintain a pick rate of 150 cases per hour with high accuracy and minimal errors.
• Build and stage pallets in a safe, organized manner for delivery routes.
• Verify product codes, quantities, and order accuracy before staging.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand trucks safely.
• Follow company safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Support general warehouse operations including housekeeping tasks.
