Job summary

RRD is seeking a Warehouse Associate in West Bend, WI to stock, move, and pack materials for print and packaging operations. You will operate banders, forklifts, pallet jacks, and related gear to ensure accurate, timely processing and safe handling.

Available shifts include Day Shift: 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday-Thursday, and Mid Shift: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday-Thursday, with a $1/hour mid-shift differential. Compensation is $16.00/hr - $18.00/hr.

Qualifications

• Stock, move, arrange, and rotate items per operating instructions.
• Complete stock descriptions and labeling forms for incoming/outgoing materials.
• Use shrink-wrap, strapping tools, pallet jacks and related equipment.
• Know general warehouse layout and stock identification codes.
• Experience with forklift operation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lay up, feed or pile down materials at equipment.
• Jog product off counter stacker and stack neatly on skid to ensure smooth run.
• Complete skid flags and packaging slips for accurate tracking.
• Install strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting during transit.
• Attach identifying tags or labels to materials and record case information.
• Bundle materials using banding machine and clincher.
