Job summary

RRD Company is seeking a warehouse worker for the 3rd shift (7:00 PM – 5:00 AM, Monday–Thursday). Starting pay is $16.00–$18.18/hr with a $2/hr shift differential. Responsibilities include stacking, labeling, packing, and moving materials in the bindery/mailing department, using forklifts when needed.

This role supports production and manufacturing operations with safe handling, accurate stock tracking, and adherence to procedures. Benefits include standard company offerings.

Qualifications

• Stock, move, arrange, and rotate items per operating instructions.
• Complete forms for stock description, quantity, unit of issue, and labeling requirements.
• Proficient with shrink-wrap, strapping, and hand tools.
• Knowledge of general warehouse layout and item codes.
• May require forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Laying up, feeding, or piling down materials at equipment.
• Jog product off counter stacker and stack neatly on skid for smooth operation.
• Complete skid flags and packaging slips for tracking.
• Attach tags/labels and record information on cases and containers.
• Stack/assemble materials into bundles using banding tools.
• May operate automated equipment or forklift to move materials.
