Qualifications

• Experience with ERP/inventory systems (NetSuite or similar).

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders from the Sales Team and confirm details prior to fulfillment.
• Print order details, verify accuracy, and pick from inventory.
• Package items securely while maintaining sterile integrity.
• Create shipping labels and update tracking across carriers.
• Coordinate with Sales on order and shipment status.
• Assist with product inquiries and replenishment needs.
• Receive, inspect, and document incoming products; reconcile discrepancies.
