Job summary

United States Cold Storage Inc is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily facility operations in our Minooka, IL location. You will load and unload trailers, prepare orders, move product with forklifts, and ensure accurate pallet stacking and labeling.

The role requires you to lift up to 70 lbs, stand for long periods, follow safety procedures, and use scanners, tablets, and radios to track inventory. Full-time, non-exempt with benefits after probation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load trailers verifying proper product stacking.
• Ensure product is accounted for and within temperature range.
• Identify damaged product and report shortages/overages.
• Assist in physical inventories when necessary.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment and ensure lot numbers match.
• Stack product to build pallets and wrap as required.
• Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, slip-sheets, and turret trucks.
• Maintain equipment in a neat, safe condition.
• Inspect equipment daily for safe operation.
