Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a warehouse associate in Greenville, WI to support daily operations in a busy facility. You will pick, verify, palletize, and prepare items for shipment using RF scanners and material handling equipment.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting 20+ lbs, and following safety procedures. Multiple shifts available, with a permanent onsite position in Greenville, WI.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse setting performing general labor and material handling tasks.
• At least 6 months forklift operating experience is required.
• Proficiency with RF scanners for picking and inventory tasks.
• Ability to stand 8+ hours and lift 20+ pounds regularly.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and safety policies.
• Strong work ethic and reliability in production/packaging environments.

Responsibilities

• Pick, verify and prepare customer orders using MHE and RF scanners.
• Build and wrap pallets for shipment readiness.
• Load/unload/move/store products safely within the warehouse.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment to support daily operations.
• Verify quantities and inspect materials for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain inventory records and documentation as directed.
• Adhere to safety procedures and keep workspace clean and hazard-free.
• Assist with general warehouse duties and special projects as needed.
• Stand during shift and perform physical tasks including lifting.
