Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our team in an on-site environment. The role operates a stand-up forklift, selects orders, and builds pallets for outbound shipments, using RF devices to sort and scan items.

Responsibilities include receiving and stocking materials, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and adhering to PPE and safety regulations. The position is full-time with a schedule typical of warehouse roles.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Attention to detail required.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Self-starter with ability to learn systems quickly.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material.
• Keep workspace clean, safe, and accident free; follow PPE rules.
