Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. in West Allis, WI is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will safely operate a stand-up forklift, pull and prepare outbound orders, and use RF devices to scan and sort materials for efficient shipping.

We value accuracy, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and strict adherence to safety PPE, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years warehouse experience preferred.
• High attention to detail and reliability.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and learning systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety PPE rules.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to pull and prepare orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material.
• Keep workspace clean and follow safety regulations.
