Job summary

Signature Solar is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, storing, and distributing products. You will pick, pack, label, and ship orders, inspect items for defects, and maintain a clean, organized warehouse.

The role requires lifting 50+ lbs, following safety protocols, and collaborating with teammates to ensure accurate, on-time fulfillment. Training is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• High level of accuracy in reading SKU numbers and processing orders.
• Able to work independently and with a team daily.
• Punctuality and reliable attendance.
• Warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus; training may be provided.
• Experience with pallet jacks and strapping tools.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and label outgoing shipments according to procedures.
• Inspect products for defects before packaging.
• Package products securely to prevent damage during transit.
• Lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and move inventory as needed.
• Organize received products and maintain efficient storage space.
• Monitor packaging materials and notify when replenishment is needed.
• Collaborate with team to fulfill orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
• Follow all safety protocols and PPE guidelines.
• All other duties as assigned.
