Job summary

VSE Aviation is seeking a Shipping Inspector Coordinator to manage order fulfillment, packaging, and part verification to keep daily operations efficient. The role supports the team in meeting deadlines while maintaining shipping and warehouse upkeep.

Responsibilities include validating P/Ns, assessing damage, preparing invoices and airway bills, and coordinating with carriers. You will ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations and handle miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Verify shipping duties: check P/Ns, inspect units for damage, follow shipping instructions and addresses, verify invoices, prepare airway bills, and inspect customer crates before shipping final goods.
• Create proformas/invoices; contact carriers to schedule pickups.
• Verify that RO's match materials being shipped out.
• Coordinate with customer service for incomplete documents, returns, and other discrepancies.
• Comply with quality, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
