Job summary
Aerotek in Rogers, MN is hiring a Receiving and Inventory Specialist to manage daily receiving operations and maintain accurate inventory levels in a well-organized warehouse. You will ensure product accuracy, proper storage, and efficient order fulfillment while supporting a smooth supply chain.
The role requires experience with shipping/receiving in a warehouse, forklift operation, RF scanners, and ERP data entry.
Qualifications
- Experience with shipping/receiving in a warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Inspect inbound shipments and report discrepancies.
- Receive and record products in the ERP system.
- Label, organize and store inventory in designated locations.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment.
- Perform regular cycle counts to verify accuracy.
- Assist with full physical inventory audits.
- Coordinate returns to vendors and process customer returns.
- Support sales with picking and staging products.
- Load trucks with forklift and other material handling equipment.
- Use RF scanners to track and update inventory and shipments.
- Handle freight, shipping and receiving tasks.
- General material handling and movement throughout the warehouse.
