Job summary

Lennox is seeking an Assembly/Material Handler to support production and warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. The role involves fabricating and assembling components, moving materials, and maintaining smooth flow between manufacturing and warehouse areas.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of manufacturing experience, with the ability to read a tape measure. Lifting 25–50 lbs and standing for long periods are common.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years manufacturing experience.
• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Must be able to lift 25 to 50 lbs routinely.
• Must be able to work an 8 hour/5 day schedule with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Fabricating and assembling components, operating assembly equipment and small machinery, interpreting work orders and blueprints, inspecting product quality, packaging finished goods and kits, and meeting daily production goals.
• Supply raw materials to production, transporting materials and finished goods throughout the facility, loading and organizing pallets, supporting inventory activities, and maintaining accurate material flow between warehouse and manufacturing operations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, report equipment issues or product defects, and assist other departments as operational needs require.
• Ensure the inspection of material as it is being fabricated.
• Maintain and record daily production and production quotas.
• Notify the supervisor and/or team lead when a machine is not working properly.
• Reporting incidents, faulty operations, or product imperfections
• Perform other duties as assigned.
