Job summary

PACE Southeast Michigan is seeking a reliable Supply Chain Delivery Driver to handle daily mail and item deliveries across PACE sites and designated locations. The role supports the Supply Chain Team and may assist with other duties as needed while upholding safety standards and maintaining a good driving record.

You will follow a structured delivery routine, communicate with the manager and team lead, and ensure accurate deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid State of Michigan Driver’s License.
• Minimum 6 months of delivery driving experience.
• Clean MVR and accident history.
• Ability to read, write and follow oral/written instructions.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Physical ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrate effective organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Validate items transported with signatures and orders.
• Maintain vehicle repair log for service and safety issues.
• Keep packing manifests filed for records up to 6 months.
• Assist with moving and relocation of furniture within facility.
• Follow daily delivery schedule and departmental service scope.
• Ensure safe and accurate delivery to correct person/destination.
• Report discrepancies or issues to manager or lead.
• Performs downtime tasks as assigned by Supply Chain Manager.
