This full-time role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends, a high school diploma or GED, and a teamwork mindset. ServSafe certification and ability to pass background check are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting is welcome but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, floors, and prep surfaces.
• Restock and organize clean items for service staff.
• Monitor wash/rinse temperatures and ensure proper sanitation guidelines.
• Support kitchen staff during peak service hours and assist with other tasks as needed.
