Job summary

Katalyst CRO is seeking an Operator 1 Warehouse Operations in El Paso, TX to support material handling and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have forklift experience and be comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts and related equipment, following SOPs and safety guidelines, maintaining records, and performing basic data-entry tasks under general supervision. Overtime may be available based on company needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required and must be verified.
• Forklift experience required.
• 01 year of warehouse or related experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Basic computer skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse/plant environment.
• Ability to lift and/or move 50+ lbs.
• Steel-toed shoes are required.
• Must successfully complete a drug test; candidates may start pending results.
• In-person interview required.
• Overtime may be available based on company needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks to move materials, parts, assemblies, and finished products.
• Perform routine material handling and warehouse operations.
