Job summary

NXTPoint Logistics in El Paso, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate responsible for safely operating a forklift and other material handling equipment to move, stack, and pick merchandise. The role covers shipping, receiving, inventorying, repackaging, palletizing and related tasks.

You will follow OSHA safety standards, perform accurate loading/unloading, and maintain proper records. The position requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience operating material handling equipment in the last 36 months.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely following prescribed methods and OSHA standards.
• Load, unload, move, stack and stage product using MHE and various attachments.
• Unload inbound shipments and move product to storage locations.
• Efficiently stack and store merchandise in appropriate areas.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment; ensure loading accuracy.
• Move product from staging to trailers or containers.
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and undamaged.
• Perform pick and pack, labeling, wrapping and repacking as needed.
• Keep records for inventory control and security measures.
• May assist in physical inventories.
