Responsibilities

• Check trash for items with a Manager; remove trash and sanitize cans.
• Keep dishroom and detergent storage area neat; floors kept dry.
• Work with Line Cooks to maintain a clean kitchen and efficient service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by a Manager.
