O’Charley’s Restaurant + Bar in Nashville is seeking a friendly, quick-thinking Dish Operator to join our kitchen team. You will set up and break down the dish machine, wash and store dishes, and help keep the dishroom clean and organized for smooth service.

We value good communication, reliability, and teamwork. This role supports the kitchen, maintains sanitation, and contributes to a positive guest experience at O’Charley’s.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to clean and operate dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the dishroom.
• Works well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down the dish machine and related components.
• Clean and polish machine; ensure proper operation and report defects.
• Wash and store dishes and silverware according to procedures.
• Monitor water temperature and maintain sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and efficient dish area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by a Manager.
