• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Customer service focus and strong communication skills.
• Dependable attendance and reliability.
• Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Motivated to learn and grow within the role.
• Stamina to stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Computer proficiency.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally more.
• Ability to perform warehouse tasks including bending, stooping, kneeling, etc.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picking products using an RF Scanner to ensure order accuracy.
• Reading customer orders and retrieving items from warehouse racks using barcodes and serial numbers.
• Updating inventory in ERP system after each item is picked.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment for all stakeholders.
• Operating heavy equipment including hand trucks and pallet jacks.
