Job summary

Plumbers Supply Co on Market Street in Downtown Louisville is hiring a warehouse associate to accurately pick and prepare orders in a fast-paced environment.

You will read orders, use RF scanners, update ERP after each pick, and operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts. A high school diploma and at least 1 year warehouse experience are required, with reliable attendance and a safety-minded approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Customer service focus with strong communication skills.

• Stamina to stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Computer proficiency.

• Comfortable working in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picking products using an RF Scanner, ensuring order accuracy.
• Reading customer orders and retrieving items from warehouse racks using barcodes and serial numbers.
• Updating inventory in ERP system after each item is picked.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment for all stakeholders.
• Operating heavy equipment including hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.
