Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks an Efficiency and Automation Analyst (EAA) – Junior to support mission-critical operations for a federal client in Washington, DC. You will design and deploy automated workflows using low/no-code platforms and scripting tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze operational challenges, and develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives.
