Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and provide education throughout treatment.
• Review patient health history for quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and other diagnostics (iTero 3D scanner, digital photography).
• Provide chairside assistance (four-handed dentistry) during procedures.
• Utilize Dentrix for scheduling and charting.
• Prepare treatment room with safety protocols (OSHA/CDC).
• Manage supply and inventory levels and place orders as needed.
• Collaborate with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems and maximize workflow.
