Job summary

East Broad Family Dentistry, a Heartland Dental supported office, is seeking an Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) in Ohio. Current EFDA certification in Ohio is required. Schedule: Mon, Tue, Wed 7:30am-5:30pm and Thu 7:30am-3:30pm.

You will assist the dentist, manage supplies, take and develop X-rays, and support patient comfort and safety. Join a collaborative team focused on quality dental care, ongoing education, and career growth within a large supported network.

Qualifications

• Current EFDA certification in Ohio
• Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn and follow Safety/OSHA policies

Responsibilities

• Take and develop dental radiographs per doctor instruction
• Assist the dentist during clinical procedures and patient care
• Manage clinical supplies and sterilization to support workflow
