• Maintain MSDS and infection control standards.
• Document medical history, consent forms, and chart procedures.
• Greet patients, schedule appointments, and confirm appointments.
• Explain insurance benefits and financial options to patients.
• Maintain equipment and inventory, and notify management of issues.
• Assist with laboratory duties as necessary.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain confidentiality.
