Job summary

The Smilist in West Chester, PA seeks an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) with at least 1 year of experience to join our friendly team. Active PA x-ray license required; Dentrix experience preferred.

You will support doctors, prepare trays, and help maintain a clean, welcoming operatory. We offer competitive pay, full-time schedule Monday through Thursday, and a benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as Dental Assistant
• EFDA required
• PA x-ray license active
• Knowledge of dental instruments, equipment, and procedures
• Dentrix experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Keep patients focused on optimal treatment and address concerns
• Prepare patients and assist doctors to enable efficient dental care
• Escort patients to the front desk
• Prepare tray setups and maintain operatory supplies
• Other duties as assigned by management
