Job summary

Rogers Family Dentistry is seeking an experienced, credentialed EFDA to work as a chairside partner to Dr. Jim Rogers in Cincinnati, OH. The role offers full-time hours, competitive compensation, and comprehensive benefits.

The ideal candidate will hold Ohio EFDA certification, Ohio RDA licensure with radiography training, CPR certification, and significant EFDA experience in a high-volume practice. Proficiency with Dentrix and digital imaging is highly valued.

Qualifications

Ohio EFDA certification required and authorized to perform expanded functions under Ohio state dental law.
Current Ohio RDA licensure including radiation safety and radiography course.
CPR certification required.
Minimum 2 years of general dentistry experience; EFDA experience preferred.
Dentrix experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform the full scope of EFDA duties under Ohio state law, including restorations and sealants, with precision.
Serve as chairside partner to Dr. Rogers across procedures.
Keep patient flow running efficiently and capture high-quality digital X-rays and intraoral photos.
Take precise impressions and perform digital scans.
Document health histories and treatment data accurately in chart notes.
Prepare operatories, instruments, and materials for every procedure; maintain sterilization and OSHA compliance.
Manage dental supply inventory and coordinate with the team on ordering and case preparation.
