Job summary

Elite-Dental-Partners in Springboro, OH is seeking an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join a patient-focused team. You’ll provide chair-side support, take X‑rays, enter treatment plans, and help educate patients on oral health.

The position offers a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401k, paid time off, and quarterly bonus opportunities; radiology certification is required, EFDA/EDDA/EFODA certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• EFDA/EDDA/EFODA certification required or preferred.
• Radiology certification required for state compliance.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Dental Assistant preferred.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with dental software and MS Office; Dentrix preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork with the clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Provide chair-side clinical support to dentists and hygienists.
• Take and process X-Rays and enter treatment plans.
• Maintain operatory setup, sterilization, and patient education.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Deliver a superior patient experience at all appointment stages.
