Job summary

BlueForce Inc. seeks an EFB program manager to support Bomber Squadron Operations across Minot AFB, ND, and other AF bases. You will govern the EFB program, coordinate publications, manage devices, and liaise with AFGSC to ensure operational readiness of electronic flight bag systems.

The role requires US citizenship, an active Secret clearance, and strong IT/office software skills. Expect collaboration across teams and locations with a focus on security and process rigor.

Qualifications

• US citizen and an active SECRET clearance.
• Working knowledge of iOS and macOS.
• Two+ years of Microsoft Office experience and ability to manage SharePoint and Teams.
• Knowledge of DoD/US Air Force policies and procedures for logistics and operations.
• Ability to communicate clearly both in writing and verbally.
• Experience navigating NIPR and SIPR IT systems.
• Team-oriented with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Wing/Ops Group EFB Program per AFGSCI 11-270 and baseline announcements.
• Serve as the Wing EFB program manager and liaison with AFGSC A3TV.
• Maintain EFB Manager letters accurate and submitted to the EFB workflow box.
• Coordinate with TODO and EFB personnel to keep publications up to date.
• Administer EFB systems using MDM tools and ensure training certificates.
• Manage Foreflight accounts and educate squadron EFB managers on config.
• Oversee ISP connectivity and coordinate repairs to base network access.
• Inventory EFB equipment and decommission obsolete devices.
