Job summary

BlueForce Inc. is seeking an experienced EFB Program Manager to support Bomber Squadron Operations at Whiteman AFB and other locations. The role requires DoD logistics knowledge, Secret clearance, and strong EFB, iOS/MacOS, and Microsoft 365 skills.

You will manage EFB programs, coordinate with EFB managers, ensure publications are current, and supervise device management and Foreflight administration to enable worldwide flight operations.

Qualifications

• Must be US citizen with an Active Secret Clearance.
• Working knowledge of iOS and macOS.
• Two years of Microsoft Office suite experience and ability to manage SharePoint and Teams.
• Knowledge of DoD policies, directives, and procedures related to logistics and operations.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and present facts and recommendations for executive use.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for leadership briefings.
• Experience with NIPR and SIPR IT systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Wing/Ops Group EFB Program IAW AFGSCI 11-270 and Baseline Configuration announcements.
• Serve as the Wing/Group EFB manager and liaison with AFGSC EFB Program Manager; act as primary EFB Program manager with alternates.
• Oversee maintenance, upgrades, patching, and restoration of EFB systems and administer admin privileges for device management tools.
• Coordinate with TO/Stan/Eval and EFB managers to ensure up-to-date electronic publications and flight information.
• Administer EFB systems using MDM tools and ensure training certificates are current.
• Manage Foreflight accounts and educate squadron EFB managers on configuration for worldwide FLIP use.
• Coordinate with ISP for internet services; liaison for connectivity and repairs as needed.
• Maintain inventory and accountability of EFB hardware; enroll devices in DEP and MDM programs.
• Identify EFB requirements and monitor tech updates to prevent obsolescence; communicate changes to leadership.
