Job summary

BlueForce Inc. is seeking candidates with Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) experience to support the Bomber Squadron Operations across multiple AF bases.

You will serve as the EFB program manager and coordinate with senior program managers to ensure publications, training, and device compliance. Responsibilities include maintaining EFB equipment inventory, administering Foreflight accounts, overseeing MDM configurations, and generating EFB audit and sustainment reports.

Qualifications

• Must be US citizen.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Two years of Microsoft Suite experience with SharePoint and Teams.
• Knowledge of DoD/USAF policies, directives and procedures.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and brief complex information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with iOS and MacOS.
• Able to work effectively in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Wing/Ops Group EFB Program per AFGSCI 11-270 and Baseline Configuration announcements.
• Serve as Wing/Group EFB manager and liaison with AFGSC EFB Program Manager; ensure appointment letters are accurate and archived.
• Oversee maintenance, upgrades, patching, and restoration functions for EFB equipment; administer admin access for MDM and Foreflight.
• Coordinate with squadron EFB Managers and Stan/Eval reps to keep publications up to date (FCIF, TOs, FLIP).
• Administer EFB system via MDM software; configure, track, and audit devices; manage accounts.
• Manage Foreflight administration and educate squadron EFB managers on configuration for worldwide use.
• Manage WiFi services and liaison with ISP to maintain unit connectivity; schedule repairs as needed.
• Generate EFB Audit and EFB Sustainment reports and perform Stan Eval admin duties.
