Job summary

Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET), Incorporated is seeking an Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) Program Manager to lead the EFB program for the 5th Bomb Wing and 5th Operations Group at Minot AFB, North Dakota. You will manage device administration, publications currency, and security directives in a high-availability military setting.

Responsibilities include system administration, compliance with directives, coordination with AFGSC and Wing leadership, and sustaining EFB operations

Qualifications

• Must possess or be able to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance to access the airfield and military installation.
• Two (2) years of IT or device management experience
• Minimum two (2) years of Microsoft suite experience, with the ability to manage SharePoint and Microsoft Teams applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the EFB system administrator in BB/UEM or its successor MDM and complete training certificates.
• Keep the Wing EFB program compliant with applicable directives and announcements.
• Act as primary Wing EFB Program Manager and coordinate with AFGSC/A3TV for workflow.
• Handle maintenance, upgrades, patching, and restoration via administrative access to the MDM console and ForeFlight.
• Ensure EUSA computers hold current Technical Orders, Currency of Directives, and other required publications; update via wireless or disc.
• Notify aircrew by email of publication updates and changes to EFB or procedures; administer ForeFlight accounts.
• Maintain EFB connectivity with reliable WiFi service and coordinate with base ISP and technicians.
• Maintain equipment accountability and decommission obsolete devices through proper channels.
• Build sustainment cost estimates and inventory plans with the Resource Advisor.
