Job summary

Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET) is seeking an Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) Program Manager for Minot AFB, ND. The role oversees device administration, publication currency, and security directives, with deployments and audits integral to the position.

Responsibilities include managing ForeFlight, EUSA hardware, and MDM systems, while coordinating with Wing leadership to maintain compliance and readiness for flight operations.

Qualifications

• DoD Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Two years of IT or device management experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as EFB system administrator using BB/UEM or MDM.
• Maintain EFB program compliance with directives and baselines.
• Coordinate with Wing EFB Manager and alternate on appointments and workflows.
• Manage maintenance, upgrades, patching, and restoration of devices.
• Audit and update EUSA hardware with current manuals and files.
• Notify aircrew of publication updates via email.
• Administer ForeFlight accounts and configure for worldwide FLIP use.
• Ensure reliable EFB connectivity and troubleshoot outages on base.
• Track equipment, keep inventory, and decommission obsolete devices.
