Job summary

A-Team Dental Staffing LLC has partnered with a multi-provider general dental practice in Stockton, CA to recruit an experienced Registered Dental Assistant EF2 (RDAEF2). The role offers room to grow, a consistent full schedule, and a starting pay of $35–$37 per hour DOE in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Ideal candidates are reliable, punctual, and proficient with EF2 duties, restorative dentistry, and digital radiography. Dental benefits, medical insurance, and a 401(k) are provided.

Qualifications

• Active California Registered Dental Assistant EF2 (RDAEF2) license.
• Minimum 2+ years dental assisting experience.
• Experience in a general dental practice or multi-doctor office preferred.
• Proficient in Dentrix dental software.
• Strong knowledge of restorative procedures, dental materials, and expanded functions.
• Experience with digital radiographs, impressions, and patient care.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume dental office.
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual with strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform EF2 duties in compliance with California regulations.
• Assist with restorative dentistry, crowns & bridges, fillings, and advanced procedures.
• Place and finish restorations within RDAEF2 scope of practice.
• Take digital x-rays, impressions, and intraoral scans.
• Maintain infection control, sterilization, and OSHA compliance.
• Prepare and turn over operatories efficiently.
• Provide excellent chairside assisting and patient communication.
