Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Labor Relations, Employee Relations, or related field is required.
• At least one year of relevant experience in labor or employee relations.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct investigations of workplace issues.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations into complaints of discrimination and harassment.
• Advise managers on adherence to policies and collective bargaining agreements.
• Develop and deliver training on employment-related topics.
