Qualifications

• Specialized Experience: Handling Equal Employment Opportunity complaints, providing guidance on EEO programs, discrimination policy, affirmative employment initiatives, and EEO training.
• Education pathway: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 years of graduate education in a relevant field.
• Combination of Education and Experience can qualify as 100% if percentages add up. Time-in-grade requirements apply.
