Job summary

Seneca Global Services, LLC, part of the Seneca Nation Group, is seeking a full-time Environmental Compliance & Policy Specialist to support the Army environmental portfolio for ODASA(ESOH). The role involves regulatory research, policy-product development, and coordinating comment resolutions with Army experts.

Responsibilities include preparing working-group materials, supporting PPBE inputs, and tracking compliance activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, policy, or related field; master’s preferred.
8–10 years of professional experience in environmental compliance or DoD environmental program support.
Experience developing or revising policy, guidance, SOPs, or issuances, including comment resolution.
Experience with regulatory compliance activities such as reporting, inspections, or NOV responses.

Responsibilities

Research and consolidate environmental statutes, DoD/Army policy, and guidance for the portfolio.
Develop recommendations to update or rescind Army environmental issuances.
Advise on structure, format, and staffing of environmental policy products.
Coordinate comment resolution and staff with Army subject-matter experts.
Prepare agendas, minutes, summaries, and training materials.
Support annual compliance reporting and related HQ visibility products.
