Job summary

Brigham and Women's Hospital is seeking a neurodiagnostic technologist to perform standard EEG examinations, including sleep EEGs and long-term monitoring. You will be responsible for setting up tests, applying electrodes, and collecting data for interpretation.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with preference for R EEG T. certification and 0–1 year of neurodiagnostic experience. Onsite position with 40-hour weeks and a $23.34–$33.37 hourly pay range.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Registered Electroencephalographic Technologist (R. EEG T.) - ABRET credentialing preferred.
• Experience as a neurodiagnostic technologist 0–1 year preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to handle confidential patient information.

Responsibilities

• Collect patients' medical information to customize tests.
• Identify artifacts or interferences from non-brain sources.
• Monitor patients during EEG/EP testing and video recording.
• Conduct tests to determine cerebral activity and recovery potential from coma.
• Calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair EEG equipment as needed.
