Neuro Pathway, LLC is seeking an experienced EEG Technologist to support patients across multiple clinical locations in the Bethesda area. This full-time role emphasizes independent work, high-quality studies, and advancing neurological care.

The candidate will perform routine and ambulatory EEG studies, apply electrodes, monitor recordings, and maintain accurate records while ensuring excellent patient experiences. Weekend coverage is required, with a 37.5-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Registered EEG Technologist preferred.
• 1–2 years EEG experience required.
• Experience with routine EEG and ambulatory EEG (AEEG).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel between locations.
• Weekend coverage; approximately 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine EEG and ambulatory EEG studies.
• Apply electrodes and ensure signal quality.
• Monitor recordings and troubleshoot technical issues.

What You'll Do

As an EEG Technologist, you'll play a vital role in helping physicians diagnose and treat neurological conditions through accurate, high-quality testing.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing routine EEG and ambulatory EEG (AEEG) studies
• Applying electrodes and ensuring optimal signal quality
• Monitoring recordings and identifying technical issues
• Maintaining accurate patient documentation and study records
• Communicating effectively with physicians, patients, and care teams
• Ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and quality standards
• Supporting exceptional patient experiences throughout the testing process

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Weekend coverage required (rotating or assigned)
• Flexible scheduling based on patient volume and operational needs

What We're Looking For

• Registered EEG Technologist (R. EEG T.) preferred
• Minimum of 1–2 years of EEG experience
• Experience performing routine EEG and ambulatory EEG studies
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between assigned locations
• Passion for patient care and clinical excellence
• $36.13 – $43.51 per hour
