Position Title: EEG Technician, PRN

Job Description:

The EEG Technologist performs all EEG diagnostic procedures according to established protocols. She/he must be knowledgeable about all Department and Hospital policies relevant to the EEG Lab. The role requires interpretive, interactive, and consultative skills. The ability to retrieve, communicate, and present information effectively in written, oral, or visual formats is essential. Skills in speaking, typing, telephone use, and manual dexterity are also required. The technician is responsible for scheduling patients, preparing reports, and ensuring reports are filed in the patient's record.

Education: High school diploma preferred.

Experience: Two years of relevant experience.

Certification/Licensure: EEG registry preferred; BLS certification required.
