Job summary

Ascension’s Neurodiagnostic Lab in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a dedicated Neurodiagnostic Technician for a full-time days schedule. You will set up and prepare equipment for tests, review patient histories, provide procedure education, monitor patients, and report any adverse events. You will operate EEG/EP/PSG equipment and ensure data accuracy in results.

The role emphasizes artifact recognition, data scoring, and collaboration with the Neurodiagnostic team to support patient care and safety.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required within 1 month of hire.
• ABRET credentials within 6 months of hire date.
• Education matching listed options (see above).

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare equipment and supplies for ordered tests.
• Review patient history and inform patients about procedures; monitor and document condition; report adverse reactions.
• Operate and maintain EEG, EP, PSG equipment; recognize and correct artifacts.
• Score, graph, document and report results of diagnostic procedures.
