Job summary

Seattle Children's is seeking an Electroneurodiagnostic Technician to perform routine electroneurodiagnostic procedures, including cEEG monitoring in the ICU and epilepsy monitoring in the EMU, under direct supervision. You will collect data for interpretation and ensure accuracy while delivering professional, patient- and family-centered care.

Qualifications include high school diploma or equivalent, graduation from an EEG/END technology program or equivalent training, and ABRET R.EEGT

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Grad from accredited EEG/END tech program or equivalent training.
• R.EEGT certification within 18 months; BLS for Healthcare Providers.
• Preferred: bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine electroneurodiagnostic procedures with supervision.
• Include Continuous EEG (cEEG) monitoring in the ICU.
• Epilepsy monitoring in the EMU.
• Collect data for interpretation and ensure accuracy.
• Ensure professional, positive and efficient customer encounters.
