Job summary

The Ipswich YMCA is seeking an EEC-qualified Classroom Educator to join our Early Learning Programs in Ipswich, MA. You will create a safe, inclusive classroom where every child feels supported and encouraged, designing age-appropriate lessons that spark curiosity and creativity.

You will build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, support diverse learning styles, and participate in ongoing professional development to grow within our Y community.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Meet Massachusetts EEC Teacher qualifications.
• Understanding of children’s growth and development.
• Ability to design engaging, age-appropriate activities.
