Job summary

JCC Greater Boston seeks an EEC Certified Toddler Teacher for the JCC Early Learning Center in Hingham, MA. This full-time, ten-month position offers a salary based on $23.05–$27.95 per hour, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

You will collaborate with a co-teacher to deliver a developmentally appropriate curriculum and document children's growth in a nurturing setting. Responsibilities include implementing a quality program, ensuring safety, communicating with families, and adhering to MA EEC

Qualifications

• Experience with young children in an educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with co-teacher and directors to develop a high-quality program based on observations.
• Ensure health, safety, and security of all children.
• Implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum.

• Create a positive, nurturing classroom environment.
• Conduct COR Advantage observations and written evaluations.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality regarding children and families.
