Job summary

YMCA of Greater Boston seeks a professional Toddler Teacher to support our Child Development Programs in the North Suburban YMCA area and surrounding communities. You will deliver age-appropriate early education, assess progress, and collaborate with a co-teacher while upholding YMCA safety and care standards.

Qualified candidates are EEC certified and able to obtain First Aid and CPR within six months. This role offers a competitive hourly wage and the chance to contribute to a mission-driven

• Supervise children and guide transitions smoothly.
• Collaborate with co-teacher to prepare classroom materials.
