Job summary

Inspire Early Education in Cambridge, MA is seeking a passionate Certified Lead Preschool Teacher to join our Pine Village Preschool team. You will create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom that supports growth through play-based learning.

You will collaborate with a supportive team, meet state standards, and build meaningful relationships with children and families while fostering inclusion and joy in daily activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education required.
• EEC Teacher or Lead Teacher Certification required.
• Bilingual in Spanish required.
• Experience in a childcare setting expected.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills emphasized.
• Positive attitude and passion for working with children.
• Ability to pass background and health requirements.
