Job summary

In Inspire Early Education in Jamaica Plain, MA, we are seeking a Certified Toddler Teacher dedicated to nurturing young learners. The role requires EEC Teacher or Lead Teacher Certification, a CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education, and bilingual Spanish communication to partner with families and staff.

You will maintain a warm, organized classroom, support growth through play-based activities, and contribute to a caring, inclusive team that values professional development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education required.
• EEC Teacher or Lead Teacher Certification required.
• Bilingual in Spanish required.
• Experience in a childcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and passion for working with children.
• Ability to pass background and health requirements.
