Job summary

The Learning Experience - Franklin, MA is hiring a Preschool Lead Teacher who holds MA EEC certification. You will lead the daily preschool classroom, implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum, and support early literacy, math, science, and social-emotional development.

Full-time, Monday–Friday, with a pay of $23-$25 per hour based on experience. Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits are provided to eligible employees, along with paid time off and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as Preschool Lead Teacher.
• Professional Preschool or early childhood classroom experience required.
• Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for early childhood education and children's development.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Preschool classroom routines and learning activities
• Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• Create experiences supporting literacy, math, science, language, creativity, and social-emotional development
• Encourage independence, problem-solving, and positive peer relationships
• Use positive guidance and consistent classroom routines
• Observe and document children's development
• Guide and support Assistant Teachers
• Build strong relationships and communicate regularly with families
• Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom
• Follow Massachusetts EEC requirements
