Job summary

The Learning Experience - Littleton, MA is seeking an experienced Preschool Lead Teacher who can turn children's natural curiosity into meaningful opportunities to learn, explore, create, and grow. This is a full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule and pay between $22 and $24 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

You'll lead a Preschool classroom that balances purposeful learning with the joy and discovery that make early childhood education special.

Qualifications

• Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as a Preschool Lead Teacher.
• Professional Preschool or early childhood classroom experience required.
• Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for early childhood education and children's development.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Preschool classroom routines and learning activities.
• Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum.
• Create engaging experiences supporting literacy, math, science, language, creativity, and social-emotional development.
• Encourage independence, problem-solving, communication, and positive peer relationships.
• Use positive guidance and consistent classroom routines.
• Observe and document children's development.
• Guide and support Assistant Teachers.
• Build strong relationships and communicate regularly with families.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom.
• Follow Massachusetts EEC requirements.
